Combo Packages - Easy and Convenient Concrete Mixing

We’ve made it easier for you to mix concrete by offering various combo packages, allowing you to select the right type and amount for your project effortlessly. Our combo packages include cement combined with a selection of casting materials, such as:

• Cement and aggregate mix (0-8 mm or 0-16 mm)
• Cement and building sand (0-4 mm)
• Cement and beach sand (0-2 mm)
• Cement and plastering sand (0-2 mm)

Each combo package contains separate maxibags for cement and casting material, delivered neatly side by side directly to you, ready for use. The cement is packed in double plastic wrapping, making it possible to store it outdoors for several months without issues. Both the cement and casting materials can be opened and resealed as needed, so you only use what you need when you need it.

Choose the Right Amount

We offer combo packages in five different sizes to match exactly the amount of concrete you need:

• Combo Package A: 0.9 m³ (900 liters of concrete)
• Combo Package B: 0.8 m³ (800 liters of concrete)
• Combo Package C: 0.7 m³ (700 liters of concrete)
• Combo Package D: 0.6 m³ (600 liters of concrete)
• Combo Package E: 0.5 m³ (500 liters of concrete)

With these packages, it’s easy to find the right amount and type of concrete for your project.

Special Needs Combo Packages

Some projects, particularly in professional construction, require concrete with specific strength. We also offer the following types of concrete mixes, allowing you to select the amount of finished concrete needed. We provide products that combine to achieve the desired strength:

• Passive Concrete
• Moderate Concrete
• Aggressive Concrete
• Extra Aggressive Concrete

Why Choose Cement in Strength Class CEM 52.5?

In the Danish market, there are three typical strength classes of cement: CEM 32.5, CEM 42.5, and CEM 52.5. The difference lies in their strength. With CEM 52.5, you get a much stronger cement, requiring less to achieve solid concrete. As a rule of thumb, CEM 42.5 needs almost double the amount of cement to reach the same strength as CEM 52.5.

Recommended Mixing Ratios

When using CEM 52.5, we recommend a mixing ratio of 1:4 (1 scoop of cement to 4 scoops of casting sand or mix). With CEM 32.5 or CEM 42.5, the mixing ratio should be 1:2 (1 scoop of cement to 2 scoops of casting sand or mix) to achieve equivalent strength.

Therefore, we recommend carefully considering the cement’s strength class for the best results for your project.

How to Mix Concrete?

To make concrete, you need three materials: cement, casting mix/sand, and water. A concrete mixer is beneficial to achieve a uniform blend.

Here’s how:

1. Start by pouring a small amount of water into the mixer (not too much).
2. Add 8 scoops of casting mix/sand.
3. Finally, add 2 scoops of cement in strength class CEM 52.5.
4. Monitor the consistency – add a little extra water if the concrete is too dry. It should be neither too wet nor too dry.

If the mix becomes too wet, you can add a bit more casting mix/sand and matching cement to adjust.

When the mix is ready:

• Pour the concrete into a wheelbarrow and take it to the area where it will be used.
• Start the next batch in the same way.

Finishing and Cleaning: After use, it’s important to add a bit of water to the concrete mixer immediately to prevent leftover mix from hardening. When completely done, thoroughly clean the mixer so no concrete residue hardens inside.

• Crane Delivery: For projects where space is tight or precise placement is needed, we offer crane delivery. With the crane, we can reach 7-8 meters from the truck, allowing delivery to higher or hard-to-access locations.
