Shipping and delivery at Maxibag

When you shop with us, our standard delivery (Curbside/Driveway) is always pre-selected. This delivery type is included in the price, meaning your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days at no additional cost. This applies throughout Denmark with fixed bridge connections.

You can also enter your postal code to see alternative delivery methods. We offer delivery with forklift trucks and cranes (Read details about these further down the page).

In most parts of the country, you can also choose faster delivery options. Here is what they mean:

(Tomorrow)

This option means you will receive your order the day after placing it, even if you order in the evening.

(1 business day)

This option means you will receive your order the next business day, typically on Monday.

(1-2 business days)

This option means you will receive your order within the next two business days, even if you place your order in the evening.

(1-5 business days)

This option means it may take up to a week for your order to arrive. However, we do our best to dispatch the order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Method: "Truck delivery"

The image shows the "Forklift Truck" delivery method. The carrier will bring this to you if you select the "Forklift Truck" delivery option.

Mobile Forklift - Where Can the Product Be Delivered?: A mobile forklift is very useful in many areas. The carrier brings a self-propelled forklift, which is ideal for driving in vacation home areas, allotment gardens, and down to cul-de-sac plots. The truck is parked in a suitable location, and the forklift is used to deliver the product right up to the house or garden. This type of forklift can navigate pea gravel and other areas where a regular delivery truck might struggle. A mobile forklift is about 2.50 m wide.

Please note that the mobile forklifts can weigh between 4 and 5 tons when carrying a pallet/maxibag. If our drivers assess that it is not safe to drive onto a property, they will try to contact the customer. If this is not successful, the ordered maxibags will be unloaded where they are least in the way. If the customer grants permission for driving on the property, any subsequent damage to the surface/driveway will not be compensated.

Delivery Method: "Crane"

The image shows the "Crane" delivery method. The carrier will bring this to you if you select the "Crane" delivery option.

Crane - Where Can the Product Be Delivered?: A crane can lift your maxibag over a hedge or garden fence and directly into the garden where the products are needed.

Please note that large crane trucks require ample space. There must be a clearance height of 4.5 meters and a width of 4 meters all the way from the main road to the final address. You should also consider parked cars that may block unloading, as well as road obstacles that could make access to your address impossible.

The crane truck can reach a maxibag 7-8 meters away from the truck.

If delivery is not possible due to space constraints, the maxibags will be placed as close to the address as physically possible. The customer is responsible for any costs related to moving or returning the items.

It is important for both truck and crane deliveries that a truck can access the location and that the crane truck can deploy its stabilizers.

We always strive to work with the customer to resolve any issues. Delivery time is always within 1-5 business days throughout Denmark with fixed bridge connections, usually within 3 business days.

Delivery times do not apply on weekends and public holidays.

We are also open to requests for specific delivery dates. We will try to accommodate these, but we cannot guarantee a specific day unless it has been explicitly arranged with our customer service.

Weed control fabric can only be purchased as an accompanying product to one or more big bags or can be picked up from our location.

Returns are always at the buyer's expense and risk.

If you wish to be called before delivery, please mention this in the comment field when placing your order.

For deliveries by truck, we are happy to deliver into driveways or onto other paved areas, provided the customer has explicitly requested this. If you request delivery over paved surfaces, we disclaim all responsibility for damaged or compressed tiles and damaged asphalt. The same applies to grassy areas. If you have requested and thereby accepted that the carrier drives over such areas, it is at your own risk if the grass gets compressed or other consequential damages occur.

Note: The bags and pallets do not need to be returned. They are included in your price.
