Road Base
Our road base is made from crushed material in a 0-32 mm grade, providing the best solution for a solid, stable foundation. This road base is a mix of sand and stone, with most of the material being stone. We guarantee the best quality road base on the market.
Aggregate Mix
Aggregate mix is used for casting work, such as floors, foundation blocks, and curbstones for paving projects. Available in 0-8 mm and 0-16 mm sizes, it’s typically mixed with cement and water.
Crushed Concrete
Crushed concrete is becoming increasingly popular as a recycled material and a fantastic, stable base product. Our crushed concrete is sourced from surplus production at concrete plants, where it’s sorted into smaller pieces to create a superb product. This crushed concrete comes in a 0-32 mm grade, perfect for creating an extremely stable foundation. When laying, be sure to compact it with a plate compactor to ensure a firm, stable base.
How We Deliver Road Base and Aggregate Mix
We offer various delivery options for your bigbags, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs. Simply enter your postal code on the product page to view available delivery methods, then select the one that works best for you. You can add delivery instructions later in the purchasing process, meaning you don’t need to be home when the bigbag is delivered.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery includes placing the maxibag at the sidewalk or driveway. The bag is placed at the start of your driveway or on the sidewalk. This delivery method is included in the price, and we make sure it’s positioned with minimal disruption to vehicles, etc.
Truck Delivery
Truck delivery is especially practical in areas with limited space, where large trucks can’t access, such as in holiday home areas or garden communities. With truck delivery, we send a vehicle with a large forklift on the back, which can place the bag exactly where you need it. The forklift is 2.5 meters wide and can access most spaces.
Crane Delivery
Crane delivery is ideal if you need the bigbag placed over a hedge or fence. In many cases, this allows the bigbag to be positioned precisely where it’s needed. For example, if you’re preparing a foundation for a future greenhouse, you can have the road base delivered directly to the site where it will be used.
The crane has a reach of approximately 7 meters from the truck.
